I lived at The Bryant for almost 3 years. I truly loved the building. It has so much to offer in amenities: from the gym to the pool, lounge and business areas on the second floor, conference rooms, and a theater! The fetch service for packages made it simple to adjust delivery if you weren’t home. The maintenance team responds to requests quickly and efficiently. The front office staff is friendly and attentive and handle any issues that come up. The building is usually kept very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The complimentary coffee machine in the lobby is a nice touch. Location is amazing! Within walking distance to buckhead village and a lot of great food and drink options around. After moving out and dealing with the issues of new apartments, I can truly say I miss this building so much. If I’m ever back in Atlanta, I’ll definitely move back in!

My sister and I recently moved in a few days ago and so far it has been a pleasant experience. During the tour and application process our leasing agent Angelo was amazing! He was so professional, patient with our questions and reassuring throughout everything! We are very excited to call The Bryant home!

The Bryant is absolutely beautiful and has amazing finishes! Angelo was the star of the show. He is an amazing tour guide and really made me feel at home.

Since moving into The Bryant, I haven’t had any issues or bad experiences. The property is well kept (which says alot coming from someone with OCD). The community here is perfect for anyone with a pet and who likes being surrounded by likeminded people when it comes to fitness. The staff in the leasing office is always more than helpful, especially Angelo.

I scheduled a tour with Angelo Alverio, and instantly felt at home. I had other apartment tours lined up but i cancelled them after meeting with Angelo. He is very knowledgable about the amenities, general surrounding area, and was forthcoming about his own experiences living here. Any opportunity I have to meet great people is time well spent and he is one of those people!

I have been residing at this property for two years. It is my belief that Assistant Property Manager Brian Benson's conduct has been disappointing; his lack of consideration and unwelcoming demeanor are concerning. I have observed instances where he displays bias, treating residents of his own race preferentially, which is unsettling. Additionally, the absence of a call box and valet trash services, coupled with yearly rent hikes without corresponding improvements to the building, contributes to a less-than-satisfactory experience. On a scale of five, I would rate this property a two. For this reason alone, I am hesitant to recommend it. However, I must mention that Pete, the leasing agent, has been exceptional and has positively impacted our experience.

I have really enjoyed living at the Bryant over the last two years. Brian and Pete from the office have handled any issue I’ve had promptly and seem to genuinely care when I’ve voiced my concerns. The amenities here are great and well kept. I am hoping to renew my lease this year.

I have lived at the Bryant for a few months now and I love it, I have absolutely no complaints what so ever! The property is very well kept and everyone is super friendly including the staff. The amenities are also a huge plus! I had the pleasure of touring and signing with Nicole. From start to finish she was nothing short of amazing! She was super welcoming and extremely helpful. I felt like I was at home right away! She was always available for any questions I had and always answered them very thoroughly. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole entire process!
